The path
- Stone countertops, 2002. Started on the production floor in granite and marble, with my hands on the product before anyone handed me a title.
- CNC machining and CAD. Shop work turned into machine work: CNC programming, 2D CAD, and production that had to hit the board every day.
- Operations management. Ran the CNC, CAD, shop, and installation departments for a Tampa company doing about $11 million a year, and earned the company MVP award.
- Turnaround consulting, 2011–2016. Brought in to restructure Florida fabrication companies. Doubled or tripled production, cut reworks about 70%, and pulled one company out of bankruptcy.
- Growth and automation, 2016–today. Built two kitchen and bath remodeling companies to seven figures and turned job-management software into a system that runs the day on its own.
- AI harness and autonomous engineering, 2025–today. A custom agent harness, and the autonomous system and software engineering I now do with it.
